Business Consultant / Software Sales / Account Manager

What You'll Do

1、Business Development: Identify and develop business opportunities through multiple channels, targeting enterprise clients with custom software needs;

2、Sales Execution: Lead the complete sales cycle from client needs assessment and solution presentation to negotiation and contract closure;

3、Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to develop professional software solutions tailored to client business scenarios;

4、Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, driving repeat business and referrals;

What We Look For

1、College degree or above, with knowledge and passion for B2B software services;

2、3+ years of work experience, including at least 1 year in custom software or enterprise service sales;

3、Excellent business communication and presentation skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams;

4、Results-oriented with proven ability to independently develop markets and achieve sales targets;

5、Technical background or development experience preferred—this will help you better understand client needs;

AI Application Engineer

What You'll Work On

1、AI Application Development: Build enterprise-grade applications using mainstream LLMs (GPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Tongyi Qianwen, etc.), including intelligent customer service, knowledge base Q&A, and AI Agents;

2、Technical Solution Design: Lead RAG architecture design, Prompt Engineering optimization, and model fine-tuning for production implementation;

3、Frontier Tech Exploration: Stay current with AIGC, multimodal generation, and AI Agent advancements, translating innovative technologies into business value;

4、AI Infrastructure: Participate in private model deployment, vector database selection/optimization, and inference performance tuning;

What We Look For

1、College degree or above in Computer Science, AI, or related fields; 3+ years of development experience;

2、Solid Python/JavaScript skills, familiar with AI development frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex;

3、Deep understanding of LLM principles and applications, mastering RAG, Fine-tuning, and Prompt Engineering techniques;

4、Familiar with vector databases (Milvus, PGVector, etc.) and semantic retrieval technologies;

5、Proven experience in AI project delivery, capable of translating technical solutions into shippable products;

6、Strong passion for AI, staying technically curious and eager to explore cutting-edge fields;

System Analyst / Senior Java Developer / Technical Manager

What You'll Do

1、Technical Leadership: Participate in the complete project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system architecture design to core module development and code review;

2、Team Management: Develop project plans, break down tasks, estimate effort, and track progress to lead efficient delivery of high-quality projects;

3、Quality Assurance: Establish technical standards and specifications, implement code review mechanisms to ensure deliverables meet client expectations;

4、Client Communication: Present technical solutions and confirm requirements with clients, earning their trust through technical expertise;

What We Look For

1、Computer Science or related degree; 5+ years of Java development experience with full project lifecycle management;

2、Mastery of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, and other mainstream technology stacks; familiar with microservices architecture design;
